Yes. A cover only, formatting only, editing only or a fix: every service can be booked on its own. From my own work: 1,000+ books designed in 7+ years. My covers start at $599, formatting at $249 and the whole book at $749.

Yes. In a cover series, each book after the first is $450. Publishers, agencies and authors with several books: ask on the free consultation call for a price for all of them together.
-
Formatting and the whole book are priced by length, one price for every book inside a band: up to 120 pages: formatting $249, whole book $749; 121–350 pages: formatting $349, whole book $849; 351–550 pages: formatting $399, whole book $899; over 550 pages: formatting $449, whole book $949. Every page is set and checked by hand. Non-fiction, workbooks and cookbooks add $300 for the layout. Editing is priced by the word.

Formatting on its own usually takes about 2 weeks. A cover takes about 2 to 3 weeks. The whole book usually takes about 3 weeks up to 120 pages, 5 weeks up to 350, 6 weeks up to 550 and 8 weeks for longer books, counted from the day I have your final manuscript. Yes, there is a rush option. With rush (+$200), your book goes first in my queue and is ready in about half the usual time: about 1 week instead of 3 for books up to 120 pages, 2 instead of 5 up to 350, 3 instead of 6 up to 550, and 4 instead of 8 for longer books. Longer books take longer because every page is set and checked by hand, and you read it all before it is final. Nothing is skipped: you still see sample pages first, and you get unlimited revisions until you are happy.
